The NITON XLpS paint lead analyzer is even faster than its predecessor the XLp 300. The measurement time has been improved by up to 24% (certified by a bailiff) without affecting the reliability and accuracy of the results. The XLpS works with a radioactive source Cadmium 109 which allows it to analyze the L and K lines of atoms. It is presented in the form of a portable gun and allows to measure in a few seconds the concentration of lead present on all types of surfaces. This device allows measurements on non-smooth surfaces, such as plaster, pipes, radiators, moldings, cornices, railings and many others.
